Dr. You is a friendly and dedicated general dentist based in Bonney Lake, Washington. She has pursued her dream of working in the dental field ever since her teenage days when she used to visit her father at his workplace who was a dental technician. Her attention to detail and passion for helping others have contributed to her work ethics and who she is today. Dr. You is committed to dentistry that does not involve only daily drilling and filling but to make each person’s experience welcoming and individualized, focusing on long term health.

After graduating with high honors, multiple awards and provincial scholarships at Canadian University College (now called Burman University), she went on to pursue her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Loma Linda University in California in 2010. She is a member of the American Dental Association and also the Washington State Dental Association.

When she is able to Dr. You dedicates her time serving in mission trips and volunteering at multiple nonprofit clinics for underprivileged communities. She also enjoys combining this mission work with her traveling hobby, having been to 13 countries, 39 US states, and 6 Canadian provinces to date. She is also American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) Certificate Eligible.

Her professional experience includes serving as a clinical observer and assistant in India, where she collaborated with orthodontists to plan and deliver comprehensive care. Her early career included serving as a clinical instructor at USC School of Dentistry, where she taught emergency, trauma, and sports dentistry.

Over the years, Dr. Sue has provided compassionate, high-quality care across California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. She has practiced in a wide range of clinical environments—from private practices and large dental groups to community health centers—earning a reputation for precision and patient-centered care. Dr. Jonny Volland is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with advanced training in complex surgical procedures, trauma care, and anesthesia. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, graduating in the top 5% of his class, and went on to complete his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia.

During his residency, Dr. Volland gained extensive experience in dentoalveolar surgery, facial trauma management, orthognathic surgery, pathology, and reconstructive procedures. He has also been actively involved in research on innovative surgical techniques, pediatric anesthesia, and alternative approaches to periodontal care.

Passionate about education and mentorship, Dr. Volland has served as an instructor and course developer in areas such as IV sedation, advanced oral surgery, and extra-oral photography.
