Dr. Chou says, “I love making connections with patients and helping them gain confidence with their smiles and themselves. Orthodontics helped fix my underbite when I was young, and I want to provide that same service to others to help them find their smile!” After graduating from the University of the Pacific, Dr. Chou received his Dental Degree from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry and his M.S. in Orthodontics from the Oregon Health & Science University School od Dentistry. To keep abreast of cutting edge technology, he’s a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists. He also speaks Mandarin.

Dr. Chou says, “I enjoy sports and outdoors activities – hiking, swimming, running, camping, soccer, and martial arts. I love to cook at home, but also like to try out local restaurants for more inspiration in my kitchen. And most of all, I love doing all the activities above with my fiancée.”

ABOUT ME

Dr. Zeller says, “I enjoy connecting with patients, and working with them to understand and overcome the obstacles they experience in acquiring good oral health. When patients are in pain I enjoy helping to diagnose and remove the source of pain, making sure the patient feels comfortable and in control. I enjoy creating a relaxed, supportive environment, without judgement.

A dental office can be an intimidating place. I enjoy challenging that preconceived notion by creating relationships that make people excited about improving their health.” “Dentistry runs in my family! ather is an oral surgeon. Sister is a prosthodontist.

I grew up participating in mission trips to Central America with my father. I developed a real passion for ridding people of pain and working with my hands.” After graduating from the University of Kansas, Dr. Zeller received her Dental Degree from the University of Missouri in Kansas City School of Dentistry. She also completed an Oral Surgery Internship at OHSU School of Dentistry. She’s a member of the American Dental Education Association, the Oregon Dental Association and the Oregon Oral Health Coalition.

Dr. Zeller says, “I am also currently acquiring my Masters in Public Health in Policy and Management so that I can be a part of improving oral healthcare for Oregonians on a state level.” Dr. Zeller says, “I live for bagels and coffee. In my free time I enjoy yoga, running, reading, writing, painting, hiking, singing, and playing my ukulele!”

Dr. Tomczyk says, “I enjoy working with my hands and I love the puzzle that each new patient’s special needs!” She feels Dentistry combines creative artistry with the fundamentals of science and sees every day as an exciting challenge. Dr. Tomczyk loves her profession because it gives her the opportunity to interact with so many people on a daily basis. She feels fortunate to have a career that allows her to improve her patients’ health, comfort and confidence. After graduating from with Oregon State University, Dr. Tomczyk received her Dental Degree from the Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry. She completed her General Practice Residency at Loyola University Medical Center.

Dr. Tomczyk says, “In my free time I enjoy hiking and exploring the wonderful Pacific Northwest. I love to travel; most recently to Bali, Indonesia! I like to bake and to cook and to try new and exotic foods.”

ABOUT ME

Dr. Aquino loves his profession because it gives him the opportunity to interact with so many people on a daily basis. He feels fortunate to have a career that allows him to improve his patients’ health, confidence and self-esteem. After graduating from Pacific University, Dr. Aquino received his Dental Degree from the Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry. He also speaks Spanish Dr. Aquino is also a certified arborist, and started a tree service company with his father and brother. Even while attending OHSU, he continued work with the business.

Dr. Aquino says, “As a participant in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, I’m grateful for the opportunities this country has given to me,” he said.

“Even though I had to go through so many hurdles to get there, I wouldn’t change it. From the bottom of my heart, I’m very, very thankful.”

He looks forward to giving back to the United States. Dr. Aquino plans to care for under served communities such as rural residents or immigrants.

ABOUT ME

Meet Dr. Lorena Ibarra, a compassionate dentist fluent in Spanish. Driven by a motivation to contribute to individuals’ health and better communities through oral health, Dr. Ibarra was drawn to the field of dentistry. With years of experience, she takes great pleasure in participating in a child’s development and lifelong practices of better health. Dr. Ibarra loves seeing perspectives from a child’s eyes and helping them form healthy habits.

In her free time, Dr. Ibarra can be found exploring the great outdoors by hiking, reading, or cooking. Originally from Oregon, Dr. Ibarra is proud to serve the community she calls home. Dr. Ibarra wants her patients to know that she is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and is fluent in Spanish to better serve the diverse community. With Dr. Ibarra, patients can expect to receive the utmost care and attention to help them achieve their oral health goals.

Dr. Tony Zhen, D.M.D., is a dedicated general dentist practicing at GD Lancaster. A graduate of Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), Dr. Zhen began his journey toward dentistry after a personal experience in high school when he broke a tooth in an accident. The process of having it repaired not only restored his smile but also sparked a deep passion for the transformative power of dental care. He realized how dental health could enhance a person's confidence and overall quality of life, motivating him to pursue a career where he could help others in similar ways.

Before attending dental school, Dr. Zhen earned his undergraduate degree in BioHealth Sciences from Oregon State University. He is a proud member of the Oregon Dental Association and is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to his patients, addressing their immediate concerns while promoting long-term oral health.

What Dr. Zhen enjoys most about his profession is the opportunity to positively impact his patients' lives daily, whether by alleviating pain, restoring smiles, or helping individuals overcome their dental anxieties. He values building lasting relationships with his patients and being part of their journey toward better health.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Zhen enjoys playing tennis to stay active and unwind. He also has a passion for exploring new restaurants and cuisines, constantly seeking new culinary experiences.
