Dr. Garima Arora, BDS, DDS

Garima Arora is an accomplished international dental professional with over six years of clinical experience spanning India and the United States. Currently completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, Dr. Arora ranks in the top 10% of her class and is recognized for her clinical excellence and dedication to patient care.

Originally earning her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from National Dental College & Hospital in India, Dr. Arora practiced as a general dentist before relocating to the U.S., where she broadened her scope through dental assisting, clinical research, and advanced training in restorative and prosthetic dentistry. Her clinical proficiency includes comprehensive treatment planning, restorations, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, cosmetic procedures, and oral surgery.

Dr. Arora has worked in diverse environments—ranging from private practices and academic institutions to nonprofit mobile dental units—serving a wide range of patients including medically complex, pediatric, and geriatric populations. Her work is characterized by a commitment to evidence-based dentistry, patient education, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Arora has contributed extensively to dental research. She has co-authored multiple peer-reviewed publications on topics such as esthetic materials, interprofessional care models, and quality measures in dental health systems. She has also supported pediatric oncology clinical trials at Oregon Health & Science University and managed multi-site studies as a Clinical Research Associate.

Fluent in multiple dental software systems including Axium, Eaglesoft, and Epic, Dr. Arora is also trained in CAD/CAM dentistry and CEREC design. About Me

As a Pediatric Dentist, Dr. Buenjemia enjoys building doctor-patient relationships and educating her patients on the importance of dental health. She takes pride in helping her young patients establish excellent oral care habits that they’ll carry into adulthood. After completing her undergraduate degree at the University of San Diego, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. She holds a certification for Pediatric Dentistry from Boston University and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association. Away from the office, Dr. Buenjemia loves exploring outdoors in the Pacific Northwest, and enjoys baking and reading to unwind.

Dr. Khalil Lion is an orthodontist who transforms smiles with biomechanical precision and patient-centered innovation. Holding a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, Dr. Lion completed advanced training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Hudson Regional Hospital – CTOR Academy. Additionally, he pursued a Master of Science in Bioengineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Public Health (Epidemiology) from the University of Texas Health, equipping him with the knowledge to optimize long-term oral health.

An active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, and the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, Dr. Lion stays at the forefront of orthodontic advancements. His patient-first philosophy allows Dr. Lion to treat his patients with transparency and enjoys support his patients from consultation to completion.

Outside of orthodontics, Dr. Lion enjoys playing the piano and painting, as well as spending time with his family.
