Dr. Amrita Chakraborty is a compassionate pediatric dentist at GD Grants Pass and GD Medford Children’s. With expertise in pediatric dentistry, she provides exceptional care to children, ensuring effective communication with diverse families. Dr. Chakraborty earned her undergraduate degree in Pediatric Dentistry from Bapuji Dental College and Hospital in 2015, followed by a D.D.S. degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, University of Southern California, in 2019. She specialized in Pediatric Dentistry and Public Health at the University of Connecticut, graduating in 2022. As an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Chakraborty stays updated with advancements in her field, driven by her passion for dentistry and its positive impact on children’s oral health.

Eric Eltzroth D.D.S., General Dentist

About Me

Dr. Eric Eltzroth hails from southern Ohio and pursued his Associate’s degree in Texas before continuing his education at Purdue University and the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in Indiana. During dental school, Dr. Eltzroth enlisted in the US Air Force, embarking on a year-long residency post-graduation that honed his expertise in all facets of dentistry, including extractions and implant placement.

Transitioning from military service, Dr. Eltzroth joined the US Public Health Service, notably volunteering for forensic dental duties at ground zero after the 2001 attacks. Relocating to Chico, California, he established a successful solo dental practice, later moving to Eagle Point following a series of devastating fires that impacted his family. With a background that includes roles at the Pentagon and as Regional Dental Director for a nationwide DSO, Dr. Eltzroth currently applies his extensive training and experience at Interdent Service Corporation.

Alongside his wife, he shares a passion for hiking and travel, recently embarking on a trek to Everest Base Camp in Nepal. Together, they raise alpacas and are proud owners of Yana, their livestock guard dog. Dr. Eltzroth eagerly anticipates leveraging his wealth of expertise in his new role.

Michael Holden L.D., Denturist

Mr Holden is a graduate of the University of Oregon and completed the Denturist Training program at George Brown Technical College. He has more than 17 years of experience. He is a Licensed Denturist in the state of Oregon and Washington and a member of the Washington Denturist Association.

He was voted “Best of Kent WA Denturist Award” 6 years in a row!

Mr. Holden says, “In my free time I enjoy hiking, snowboarding and mountain biking. I love spending time with my wife and three kids doing just about anything together!”

Richard Teel D.D.S. Orthodontist

About Me

Dr. Teel feels the most rewarding part of being an Orthodontist is watching the transition a patient makes during treatment–not only the physical change from having a beautiful new smile, but the greater feeling of esteem and confidence that it brings them. His friendly, accessible personality makes patients feel comfortable exploring questions about the details of their treatment.

Dr. Teel received his undergraduate degree in Zoology from Brigham Young University before attending the State University of New York At Buffalo School of Dentistry. After receiving his D.D.S. he continued his studies at OHSU and received his certification in Orthodontics. Dr. Teel a member of the American Society of Orthodontists, the Oregon Dental Association and the American Dental Association.

Away from the office Dr Teel enjoys woodworking, audio recording and video editing. He and his wife Cynthia enjoy home projects together and catching up with their SchnauzerPoo Daisy Mae.
