Dr. David Aldaz, DDS

Dr. David Aldaz is a passionate and dedicated general dentist who takes pride in delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, where he also served as leader of a mission trip to Honduras and helped establish the Hispanic Dental Association. Currently, Dr. Aldaz is advancing his training as a resident in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry.

Dr. Aldaz brings extensive experience from his role as Managing Clinical Director at Princeton Smiles Family and Cosmetic Dentistry in Texas, where he oversaw clinical and administrative teams while providing comprehensive care ranging from surgical extractions and implant restorations to esthetic dentistry, endodontics, and prosthodontics. He has also treated high-volume patient schedules at Universal Dental Care, honing his skills in managing complex cases and supporting anxious patients with effective communication and nitrous sedation. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Aldaz is especially committed to serving diverse communities and has participated in multiple dental missionary trips to Peru and Honduras.

Outside the office, Dr. Aldaz enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, and golf. He treasures time with his wife and their young son, Jordan, and continues to balance his passion for dentistry with his love of family and service.

Dr. Young Rim (Rimi) Chang
Dr. Young Rim “Rimi” Chang is a dedicated dental professional with a strong commitment to compassionate, community-focused care. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine, where she was recognized with a Dean’s Commendation for her academic excellence. Before pursuing dentistry, she graduated magna cum laude from Emory University with a degree in Biology and a minor in Theater Studies, achieving multiple academic honors including membership in Phi Beta Kappa.

Throughout her dental training, Dr. Chang was actively involved in outreach programs such as Give Kids a Smile Day, Dentistry Smiles on Veterans Day, and Smile Education Day, providing preventive care and oral health education to children, veterans, and underserved communities. She also gained hands-on experience volunteering with the Special Olympics and Colgate Van mobile dental program. Her research background spans neurophysiology, microbiology, and cancer studies, and she has worked in both U.S. and international healthcare settings, including medical device project management and AI-based genomics research in South Korea.

Fluent in both English and Korean, Dr. Chang brings a global perspective to her practice, enriched by her unique experiences as a liaison during the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics and Paralympics. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys interior design, animal preservation, pointe ballet, horseback riding, and spending time with her poodle.

R. Keith Montgomery D.D.S., General Dentist

About Me

Dr. Montgomery says, “I enjoy interacting with my patients and team while at the clinic. I am passionate about helping smile and changing people’s life one smile at a time.” His treatment services include restorative, crown and bridge, oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Montgomery also specializes in cosmetic facial esthetics with the use of Botox and Dermal fillers. Dr. Montgomery says, “I grew up in Eufaula which is a small town in south eastern Oklahoma. I was the youngest of 10 children. At a young age I already had a interest in teeth!”

After graduating from the University of Oklahoma, Dr. Montgomery received his Dental Degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He’s a member of the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association and the Tulsa County Dental Society. He performs Forensic Odontology for the State of Oklahoma Medical Examiners Office and is also on the medical staff at two hospitals in Tulsa. Andrea Rios D.M.D. Orthodontics

Dr. Rios enjoys working with the latest orthodontic techniques that can make orthodontic treatment gentler and sometimes even reduce the time needed. Dr. Rios understands how uneasy some patients may feel about their dental visits, and how she can make a difference in providing a relaxing and positive experience.

Dr. Rios is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She completed her Orthodontic Residency Program at New York City’s Montefiore Medical Center.

She is an active member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontics.

In her free time, Dr. Rios likes to stay fit by working out. She also enjoys road trips.
