Todd Cressman D.D.S. General Dentistry

After studying both Business Finance and Organic Chemistry at Brigham Young University, Dr. Cressman deliberated between entering medicine and dentistry. He chose dentistry, based on the influence of his brother and friends already in the field, and his interest in educating people on health care.

Dr. Cressman received his D.D.S. degree from Northwestern University, and is an active member in several professional organizations, including the South Nevada Dental Association.

He enjoys meeting and working with people of all ages and backgrounds, and uses his sense of humor to keep a light atmosphere in the office. Beyond his clinical skills, Dr. Cressman is proficient in both Japanese and Spanish. Outside of work, his hobbies include flying, biking, and snow skiing.

Dr. Jean Choi is dedicated to creating beautiful, confident smiles while building genuine connections with her patients. She takes pride in providing attentive, individualized care and encourages patients to take an active role in their treatment to achieve the best possible results.

After earning dual Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Cognitive Science from the University of Virginia, Dr. Choi received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with Honors in Clinical Dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry. She went on to complete her Orthodontics Certificate at the Roseman University of Health Sciences, where she was recognized with the Resident Research Excellence Award.

Committed to staying at the forefront of advancements in dental and orthodontic care, Dr. Choi is an active member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontics. She is fluent in Korean and enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending quality time with friends and family outside the office.

Yen Le, DDS, MS is a board-eligible periodontist dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality periodontal and implant care. She is known for her adaptability, clinical precision, and patient-centered approach, with a focus on helping patients achieve long-term oral health through education and personalized treatment planning.

Dr. Le earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UCLA School of Dentistry and completed her Advanced Periodontics Certificate and Master of Science at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. She provides a full scope of periodontal services, including scaling and root planing, osseous surgery, crown lengthening, guided tissue regeneration, soft tissue grafting, sinus lifts, ridge augmentation, dental implant surgery, and peri-implantitis treatment. She has experience working as both an associate and traveling periodontist across multiple clinical settings.

Dr. Le also completed a General Practice Residency at St. Vincent’s Charity Medical Center in Cleveland, where she delivered comprehensive dental care to adult, pediatric, medically compromised, and special-needs patients in a hospital-based environment. She holds an active California dental license, DEA registration, and BLS certification, and is currently seeking opportunities as an associate or traveling periodontist.

Dr. Pannu exhibited a profound dedication to art and science from a young age. As he progressed through school, his dual interests continued to shape his academic pursuits. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles. He graduated with high distinction with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the University of Minnesota.

With specialized training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the Indiana University, Dr. Pannu brings a wealth of expertise and a compassionate touch to Gentle Dental. He is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon specializing in dental implantology, full-arch implant rehabilitation, anesthesia and complex dentoalveolar surgery including dental extractions and bone grafting.

Dr. Pannu chose to work for Gentle Dental because of the support system that Gentle Dental has set up for their providers to help them deliver the best possible patient care. When he is not working, he loves to spend time with his family and friends, and also loves exploring the beautiful outdoors of Nevada.

Matthew Somerville D.D.S., M.S., Periodontist

ABOUT ME

Dr. Somerville says, “A successful doctor-patient relationship requires honesty, compassion and trust. The experience you have will therefore be centered on open communication and recommending the treatment option that is in your best interest.”

Dr. Somerville graduated from California Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Science. He then completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the Ostrow School of Dentistry of the University of Southern California. After graduating dental school at USC, he earned an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) certificate at Lutheran Medical Center. Dr. Somerville then returned to USC where he completed a residency in Periodontology as well as a Master of Science in Craniofacial Biology.

Dr. Somerville says, “My many interests include surfing, snow skiing, music, and exploring new countries.”
