ABOUT ME

Dr. Balle earned his degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine. He is a dedicated member of the American Dental Association, the Nevada Dental Association, and the Southern Nevada Dental Society.

With a commitment to helping patients achieve healthier, happier lives, Dr. Balle strives to create a comfortable and relaxed environment. His goal is to ensure that each patient receives the highest level of care, tailored to their needs.

Dr. Balle’s passion for dentistry stems from his own positive experiences and his love of hands-on work. He finds great satisfaction in seeing the results of his efforts, improving both the smiles and overall health of his patients.

Outside the office, Dr. Balle enjoys spending time on projects in his garage, playing the drums, and engaging in motorsports.

Dr. Jean Choi is dedicated to creating beautiful, confident smiles while building genuine connections with her patients. She takes pride in providing attentive, individualized care and encourages patients to take an active role in their treatment to achieve the best possible results.

After earning dual Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Cognitive Science from the University of Virginia, Dr. Choi received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with Honors in Clinical Dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry. She went on to complete her Orthodontics Certificate at the Roseman University of Health Sciences, where she was recognized with the Resident Research Excellence Award.

Committed to staying at the forefront of advancements in dental and orthodontic care, Dr. Choi is an active member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontics. She is fluent in Korean and enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending quality time with friends and family outside the office.

Dr. John Lee attended University of California, San Diego where he graduated magna cum laude in three years with a degree in biology. He then received his dental degree (DDS) at University of California, Los Angeles where he found his passion for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. For the next six years, he trained at University of California, San Francisco where he received his medical degree (MD), anesthesia, general surgery and maxillofacial surgery certification. Dr. Lee truly believes in patient-centered care.

He aims to discuss all available treatment options and collaborate with other dental specialists to deliver the best treatment for his patients. Dr. Lee’s rigorous and diverse training program provided him with immense experience and capability in full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery. He developed a particular interest in office-based anesthesia and procedures including dentoalveolar and implant surgery.

Outside of work, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his partner Esther. His interests include traveling, playing/watching sports including soccer and golf.

Dr. Pannu exhibited a profound dedication to art and science from a young age. As he progressed through school, his dual interests continued to shape his academic pursuits. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles. He graduated with high distinction with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the University of Minnesota.

With specialized training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the Indiana University, Dr. Pannu brings a wealth of expertise and a compassionate touch to Gentle Dental. He is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon specializing in dental implantology, full-arch implant rehabilitation, anesthesia and complex dentoalveolar surgery including dental extractions and bone grafting.

Dr. Pannu chose to work for Gentle Dental because of the support system that Gentle Dental has set up for their providers to help them deliver the best possible patient care. When he is not working, he loves to spend time with his family and friends, and also loves exploring the beautiful outdoors of Nevada.
