Dr. James Osmun, DDS

Dr. James Osmun is a general dentist committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on collaboration and prevention. He believes that involving patients in their treatment planning leads to better outcomes and long-term oral health. Dr. Osmun works closely with each patient and the dental team to support effective home care and comprehensive treatment.

He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry, where he developed a solid clinical foundation across all aspects of general dentistry.

Outside of the office, Dr. Osmun enjoys spending time with his family and supporting his children in their extracurricular activities, particularly their musical pursuits.

Dr. Slivka says, “I enjoy creating a fun, friendly, and family atmosphere while providing the state-of-the-art in orthodontic therapy and dentofacial orthopedics. It’s the art of creating beautiful smiles and building lifelong relationships.”

After graduating from Ohio State University, Dr. Slivka received his Dental Degree from the College of Dentistry at Ohio State University. He received his Orthodontics Certificate from the New York University College of Dentistry. To keep abreast of cutting edge technology, he’s a member of the American Dental Association the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Dentists and the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Slivka says, “In my free time I enjoy reading, writing, sculpture, surfing, and other outdoor adventures like white water rafting.”

Dr. Jason Goldberg is a dedicated oral and maxillofacial surgeon serving multiple Gentle Dental locations across Arizona, including Tucson, Peoria, Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2016 and completed his advanced residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Yale New Haven Health in 2020. His academic journey began at the University of Western Ontario, where he studied Physiology and Psychology, graduating in 2012.

Dr. Goldberg is an active member of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has earned recognition for his contributions to the field, receiving the prestigious Philip J. Boyne Memorial Scholarship in 2018 at the AAOMS Dental Implant Conference, as well as the John P. Kelly Research Award for Most Outstanding Research Project during his residency.

Dr. Goldberg’s passion for oral and maxillofacial surgery was sparked early in his education when he observed the transformative impact of a surgical procedure on a patient. This profound experience motivated him to pursue a career where he could help others in a similarly life-changing way.

In his free time, Dr. Goldberg enjoys hiking, playing tennis, making music, and spending quality time with his friends and family. He is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality surgical care, striving to create a positive and supportive experience for every patient.
