Nothing is more rewarding than taking a person who is embarrassed to smile and making it so they won’t stop smiling!” After graduating from The Ohio State University, Dr. Kess received his Dental Degree and his Orthodontics training from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. To keep abreast of cutting edge technology, he’s a member of the American Association of Orthodontics. Dr. Kess says, “I am a second generation Orthodontist and I have been interested in being an Orthodontist my whole life!” Dr. Kess says, “I just moved to Arizona from Cleveland, Ohio, and I’m looking forward to not seeing snow anymore! I enjoy golf, jogging and spending time with my kids.”

Dr. Patil says, “I love working with my hands and the science and engineering behind dentistry. Striving for a conservative, functional and esthetic approach with every patient is highly rewarding!” “I fell in love with dentistry when I was in high school. I saw how life altering it can be for people. Changing their smile, getting patients out of pain, and helping them eat the foods they love were just some of the draws.

He says, “My goal and practice philosophy is to help you get to your dental goal. Going to the dentist may cause anxiety for some, I strive to remove that anxiety! Your comfort and results are high priorities for me!“ After graduating with a B.S. in Biology from Canisius College, Dr. Patil received his Dental Degree from the SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and his Periodontics training from the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He also was awarded his Ph.D. in Oral Biology from the University of Michigan. Dr. Patil is a Board Certified Periodontist. He’s a member of the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, and the American Board Of Periodontology.

Dr. Patel says, ”In my free time I love to read! Recently I learned to play chess and find it absolutely amazing! I have two wonderful children: son, Anik and daughter, Svaana.”

Jon Delsnyder D.D.S., General Dentist

ABOUT ME

Dr. Delsnyder loves helping his patients realize new smiles as he gets to know them and their families. The lasting relationships he has created with each patient are one of the many reasons why dentistry is his passion. After completing his B.S. in Nursing from the University of Lethbridge in Alberta, Canada, he became a certified critical care nurse (CCRN) and worked in all areas of intensive care including open heart recovery, coronary care and the transplant ICU for more than 10 years. Dr. Delsnyder was awarded his Dentle Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He received the prestigious Horace Wells Award for dental anesthesiology. He’s a member of the American Association of Orofacial Pain. Dr. Delsnyder and his wife Olivia enjoy traveling in their free time.

Prashanthi Baddam D.M.D. Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Dr. Baddam’s practice includes implants, bone grafting, ridge augmentation, biopsies, extractions, full-mouth reconstruction, jaw surgery and sports injuries to the mouth.  She regularly attends continuing education courses in the areas of General Anesthesiology, Oral Surgery and Implantology. She earned her degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and completed her residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York. She received her dental degree from the Goldman School of Dental Medicine at the University in Boston, and her B.S. from the Kasturiba Medical College of Dental Surgery in Mangalore, India. He completed a hospital-based general practice residency in Tucson and received his endodontic training at Loma Linda University in California, where he also received his masters degree. Dr. Garber uses the latest technology and treatments to enhance each patient’s outcome.

Dr. Arnold Cullum is a skilled prosthodontist practicing at Gentle Dental locations in Tempe, Tucson, and Peoria. With a strong educational background and over two decades of experience, Dr. Cullum is dedicated to restoring smiles and enhancing the quality of life for his patients. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Loyola University Chicago College of Dental Surgery in 1992, followed by advanced training in Prosthodontics at Indiana University School of Dentistry, where he graduated in 1995. Prior to dental school, he completed his undergraduate studies in Chemistry at the University of Alberta in 1994.

Dr. Cullum’s expertise in prosthodontics allows him to provide comprehensive solutions for complex dental needs, from crowns and bridges to full mouth rehabilitation. His commitment to precise, patient-centered care ensures that each patient receives a personalized and comfortable experience.
