My son went in today to get braces started. He has anxiety and SPD(sensory processing disorder). He has also had a traumatic experience at another dental office and is very fearful because of it. Since the moment we started just coming here for regular dental visits the staff has gone above and beyond to make Gavin comfortable and earn his trust. Today Jeff was with us. He made Gavin so at ease. He let Gavin call the shots. He supported him when he was really struggling with his anxiety. He talked to him about baseball and Gavin barely paid attention to what was happening. I can’t thank him enough. What a great job he did. And the whole staff is friendly and so accommodating.
