Safety Measures

Dear Valued Patient,

Your well-being is our top priority. Enhanced precautions have been implemented to ensure the safety of our patients and team members. This means we adhere to best-in-class safety practices based on guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), American Dental Association (ADA) and state/local mandates.

As always, we’re following best practices for sterilization protocols of dental instruments and operatory equipment. We’re also screening every patient upon arrival, using the CDC’s guidelines for identifying any symptoms of illness or recent exposure to COVID-19.

During treatment, our dentists, hygienists, and assistants will all be wearing masks and additional personal protective equipment (PPE). They will also sterilize each patient’s mouth with an antiviral/antibacterial rinse before starting treatment.

All of these measures are designed to ensure the highest level of safety and a great patient experience.

If you’ve been putting off an exam, cleaning or important dental treatment, now is a great time to make an appointment at Gentle Dental.

Additional Resources
A good resource to go to for additional information and to check for updates as the situation continues to evolve is the CDC website: http://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html. We will remain in close contact with the CDC and state and county health departments for updates, resources, and information, and we will continue to communicate as the situation evolves. Based on the guidance of various health agencies, our own preparedness, and the strength of our operations, we are confident that our dental practices continue to be safe so that you can feel comfortable visiting us for high quality dental care.  Should you have any questions or concerns, please call us directly at 1-800-900-7923.

We are privileged to call you our patient, and remain committed to you and your oral health. You can continue to rely on us.

Warm Regards,

The InterDent Team
